Terms and Conditions for Sauna Rental

1. General
   These terms and conditions apply to the booking, payment, and use of our sauna services. By completing a booking, you agree to the terms below.
2. Gift cards
   Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date cannot be extended, and unused gift cards after the validity period are non-refundable. Gift cards may be used as payment for sauna bookings subject to availability.
   
3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are made through our website.
• Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout (e.g., card, Swish).
• The booking becomes binding once payment has been completed.
• All prices are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT, which will be stated in your order confirmation.

1. Rescheduling and No Refunds
   We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to help you reschedule your booking if you contact us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled time. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests made later than 24 hours before the booking.
2. Order Confirmation and Delivery

• Once payment is completed, an order confirmation will be sent via email with information about the date, time, and price.
• Please note that the order confirmation may sometimes end up in your spam/junk folder, so check there if you do not receive it immediately.
• Digital order confirmations are sent instantly via email.
• Orders are processed in the order they are received.

1. Use of the Sauna
   For safe and enjoyable use, the following rules apply:

• The sauna must be used according to our instructions.
• Only fresh water may be poured onto the stove.
• The stove must not be covered or blocked (fire hazard).
• All guests must sit on a towel inside the sauna.
• Glass bottles, smoking, and open flames are not allowed.
• The sauna must be left clean and in good condition. A broom is available on site to easily sweep the floors in the changing room and sauna.

1. Age Limits and Safety

• The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.
• Children under 15 may only use the sauna when accompanied by an adult and must be able to swim.
• All sauna use and bathing are at your own risk.
• Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to use the sauna.

1. Liability

• We are not responsible for personal injuries or loss/damage to personal belongings.
• The person who made the booking is responsible for any damage to the sauna or equipment caused by improper use.

1. Force Majeure
   In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, power outages, technical issues), we may need to cancel a booking. In such cases, we will try to offer a new time as a replacement.
2. Personal Data (GDPR)

• We process personal data in accordance with GDPR.
• The data is used to manage bookings, payments, and customer communication.
• We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except when required by law or to process payments.

1. Disputes and Applicable Law
   Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled according to Swedish law in a Swedish court.
